Trident Hotels is running a promotion whereby you can stay for 2 consecutive nights at one of the participating properties and you can be eligible to win 100,000 miles. The offer is valid for check-ins between 22nd June and 31st August, 2015 and the list of the participating properties is as below:

Overall this isn’t an offer which would make me go out of the way to book with them. They have some really nice properties and are usually available at good rates if you are going to be in one of the cities. Are you going to avail this offer?

Terms and Conditions of the offer:

  • The offer is valid for Trident Privilege members only, whose account is valid and in good standing
  • This offer is valid for the Guests who are 18 years of age or above
  • The offer is valid for stays at Trident hotels in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai and Bhubaneswar
  • The offer is valid for check-ins between 22nd June and 31st August 2015
  • Irrespective of single or double occupancy in a room or suite, only the primary guest will qualify for the sweepstakes
  • The guest will automatically qualify for the sweepstakes on completing an eligible stay. Please refer to ‘Eligible Stay’ clause under Trident Privilege programme. In the event of cancellation of booking or the guest being a no-show at the hotel, he/she will not be eligible for the sweepstakes
  • Complimentary stays, crew rates, banquet, negotiated and travel trade rates or bookings made on online travel websites are not eligible for the sweepstakes
  • There must be a minimum interval of 24 hours between each stay to qualify for the offer
  • On the completion of offer period, there will be a draw, where one winner of 100,000 airmiles will be announced
  • The winner of 100,000 airmiles can choose only one of the participating airline frequent flyer programmes to earn the miles. The winner cannot choose to split the winning miles between more than one participating airline frequent flyer programmes
  • The member will also earn Trident Privilege points or regular airmiles for their stays during this period
  • The miles are not transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered
  • The miles will be credited to the member’s airline frequent flyer account within 2 weeks of the winner claiming the airmiles
  • The miles will be credited to the member’s airline frequent flyer account within 2 weeks of check-out
  • The guest will be solely liable and responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize
  • Trident Hotels reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter the terms and conditions of this sweepstakes offer
  • Multiple rooms for the same date stays will qualify only once for the offer

  • Winners would be notified via an email and/ or phone call on the contact information provided by the Guest when booking his /her reservation. Name of the winner will also be published on the offer page. The winner should claim the airmiles within 2 weeks of announcing the same, failing which he/she shall be disqualified from claiming the airmiles
  • By participating in the offer, it would be deemed that the Guests have given permission to Company to contact them through call, sms or email for the purpose of announcing them as winners and collect their contact details
  • By participating in the Offer, each Guest represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Offer, the Guest warrants that all information provided by them regarding them is true, correct, accurate and complete and hereby consents to the collection, storage, transmission and processing of such information at such locations in the world as Company may deem fit
  • The guest must, at Company’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize, and Guest consents to the Company using their name and image in any promotional material
  • All prize redemption requests are subject to validation, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by the Company and complete compliance with these terms and conditions. In exercising this right, the Guests may be required to provide any document (copy of passport, PAN number or driving licence) as identity proof, and if evidence does not establish the same then the Company, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the Guest.
  • Company is not responsible for the quality or service offered by airline. The travel on airline will be subject to conditions of carriage of the airline
  • Trident Hotels decision shall be final in all matters relating to the draw and no correspondences will be entertained.  Trident reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the Vice-Chairman and CEO of the Oberoi Group will be final and binding
  • Decision of the Company in relation to the Offer and the matter(s) incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Guest. Dispute if any respect to the Offer should be sent in writing to Vice President- Marketing, The Oberoi Group. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against the Company. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of the Offer shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the management of the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and the Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and the language used in arbitral proceeding shall be English. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out here in above, the courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer
  • Trident Hotels reserves the right to withdraw the offer without any liability on its part
  • By taking part in this offer, the guest acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to the terms and conditions. Guests agree to receive promotion materials from the Hotel
  • This lucky draw is subject to laws as applicable in India
  • Employees and family members of the employees of EIH Ltd and EIH Associated Ltd will not be allowed to participate in the offer
